Our Story

Anakin was founded in 2020 by engineers and operators who had seen ecommerce pricing from the inside - at companies like Flipkart, one of India’s largest retailers. We knew firsthand how critical competitor intelligence was, and how frustrating it was to rely on broken tools, outdated data, or teams that couldn’t keep up with dynamic platforms.

So we built what we wished we had: an end-to-end data engine that could collect, clean, and deliver high-precision competitive data from anywhere on the internet-websites, apps, APIs, you name it.

The Problem We Solve

Markets now move in real time - but most internal systems don’t. Prices change hourly, promotions come and go, availability shifts, and competitors enter or exit quietly, while teams are still forced to rely on delayed, incomplete, or fragile data. This gap leads to slower reactions, missed opportunities, and decisions made without full context.

Anakin exists to close that gap. We act as the real-time competitive intelligence layer for on-demand businesses - continuously capturing and validating signals across pricing, assortment, availability, fees, ETAs, etc.
